Wire Crochet

Yesterday, I tried to crochet with flexible wire. I think wire is more luxurious than yarn, so can be used as jewelry. This is my first trial, and I think I failed. In the beginning, I wanted to get spherical object, but finally I got a circle shape. My sister said, that is like Rengginang!! Do you know rengginang? It is a crispy meal, its shape ... yeah.... just like that!! Haha.. :-D

Btw, here is the pattern :
ch 6, end with slst in the fist st
R1 : sc 8
R2 : sc2 in each st (16)
R3 : *1sc, sc2* repeat (24)
R4 : *2sc, sc2* repeat (32)
R5 : *3sc, sc2* repeat (40)
R6-7 : *4sc, sc2* repeat (48)
R8 : *4sc, sc2tog* repeat (40)
R9 : *3sc, sc2tog* repeat (32)
R10 : *2sc, sc2tog* repeat (24)
R11 : *1sc, sc2tog* repeat (16)
R12 : sc2tog (8)
